At Neurogan, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a durable box of your choice.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
